The RMFPD policy on open records is as follows:
Pursuant to 24-72-205 C.R.S the district's research and retrieval fee is $30.00 aft per hour.
District Policy
Public records are open to inspection and the District shall fulfill a request within three working days or seven working days if the request is broadly stated. The custodian shall charge a fee of no more than .25 a copy and no more than $30.00 an hour after the first hour. CRS 24-72-205.
